Breastfeeding?

Do you plan on breastfeeding? If so, good for you! I'm trying to see which pump is best. Anyone have experience with electric pumps? The only one I have used is Evenflo and it worked pretty well for me, but that was 6 years ago. I'm reading so many mixed reviews. My main interest is in Bellema and Avent at the moment.

I have a medela breast pump that I absolutely love!

Medela or ameda hands down. they will last you multiple pregnancies and have worked best for me. Other brands have proven to be a waste of money for me. This will be my fourth breast fed baby!

Does a double electric or single really matter?

I had the lansinoh double electric pump and I loved it. It was around $100. I don't necessarily think the more expensive a pump is the better it works.

Medela double pump for sure! Pumping one breast at a time is time consuming and can be painful if you becoming engorged

I am planning on breastfeeding baby #2. I was unable to breastfeed my first since she wouldn't latch on. I ordered the Medela pump today since my insurance covers it.

I used a medela double electric for my daughter whom I breastfed for 2 years. However she ended up not liking the bottle so I ended up solely breastfeeding her. I ended up using it just to lessen the engorgement. But it worked great and I loved it.
