Worried

I was 5 days late last month, got hopes up then AF came. Only lasted about 3 days instead of my usually 4 or 5. Then on Thursday day 14 of my cycle I had some spotting pinkish I'd say. And I feel horrible head ache tired and just blah feeling. I'm so regular that I'm just worried all this could mean something hung else is going on. Anyone have anything similar happen... Did it all go back to normal?
