Idk what's wrong with me ..

I'm not quite sure what's wrong with me. I feel hungover but I know I'm not. My body is so weak, I'm cold and I can't seem to drink enough water no matter how much I drink ... 😔😭 I'm so worried about the baby and I'm not really hungry to try and eat anything
