Fetus tired?

I have bronchitis infection been coughing HARD TWO DAYS. Almost no sleep last night AT ALL!!! 28w 4d baby girl moving slow. Can she be tired? She sleeps when I sleep meaning when i go to bed 9/10pm she does to I feel her move not even when I wake at 6:30am but at she moves 7:30/8am eating time. But since I been coughing she moves as I cough the hardest through the night. Moving now but slow.
