Delivering my boys at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia .... Please let me know how your babies did and when did you get to hold them and how long in NICU

My good friend had her baby at 32 weeks due to preclampsia, the baby went straight to the nicu, my friend was able to hold her after a few days, and was in the nicu for 4 weeks. The baby had to be at least 4 pounds before she could leave the hospital.

My son was born at 34 weeks due to pre eclampsia. He was 4 1/2 pds. He was taken to NICU right away and spent a week there. I didn't get to see him for a day or two cause I couldn't move around. I think I had complications from the c section and then on top of that I twisted wrong and ripped my staples. That was 15 years ago.
