Brown Blood?

I am in a panic because it's my first pregnancy. I have light cramps and brown spotting - is this normal? I have my first midwife appt on Friday so can't speak to anyone until then. I'm 6w1d and terrified because I have no knowledge of what a "normal" pregnancy consists of!

Could be absolutely nothing. Keep an eye on it. If it increases or changes in color, call the dr or head to the er. No need to panic. Deep breaths

Spotting of any kind can be scary. It can also be common to see increased spotting after intercourse.
