Any Sleep Advice?
Im 10+3 today and my sleep schedule has been absolutely terrible since about 8 weeks. Ill fall asleep around 10-11 but between the tossing and turning, bathroom trips, and crazy dreams, i never actually fall asleep. Its more like laying there with my eyes closed dozing off every now and then. By 3-4 im up and even though im exhausted i cant go back to "sleep", then because i woke up so early im out of it all day and feel so drained. If i try taking a nap i end up sleeping the day away or feeling even more tired after my nap and just want to go back to sleep. Does anyone have any advice? Cause this schedule is making me feel like complete crap.
