Ectopic pregnancy???

Question

Can anyone who has had an ectopic pregnancy please describe what it was like? I'm 6 weeks 2 days and I have this nagging fear that I have one. I have not spotted at all, but I get lower back pain (not intense) and cramping and pressure in my lower abdomen. Sometimes it's more on the right side, some times it's on the left. It's never intense but it's there often. I know I'm paranoid, but I lost my last pregnancy in miscarriage and I can't help feeling like something is wrong. Any insights?

i just had the same scare . it was a cyst but , it was the type that went away on its own . put your mind at ease for now and just wait until the ultrasound . i'm sure they can give you a better reason as to whats going on . if it gets too bad go to the emergency room.

When my sister in law had one she was in epic pain, it just sounds like your body is getting ready for your baby sweetie if I'm being honest you described how i felt before I found out. If your worried ring midwife or hospital they will give you better insight sweetie. Fingers crossed things are okay for you

Ectopic would typically result in pain only on one side.. The side where the pregnancy would be in the tube.  I had quite a bit of discomfort very early on, but they determined it was just round ligament pain. If you're really worried, call your doc... They've heard every question and fear! 😊
