How did you know you had ppd?

I'm kind of wondering if I have ppd or if I am just going through a stressful time

The symptoms vary widely between women. Personally, I got angry at the baby a lot and cried a lot, and sometimes felt like leaving him with my husband and never coming back. If you think you have PPD, talk to your doctor. Even if it isn't PPD, they can help with stress management or whatever may be going on. Good luck. (And it really does get better.)

Ask your SO if they've noticed any changes in you. But if you still have concerns, no harm in talking to your doctor.
