Itchy nipples

I'm 8 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy my first was a miscarriage at 6 weeks. Anyway my right nipple is super itchy it's very annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? Btw I had my first ultrasound today my baby's heart rate is 171 strong and growing 🙏🏼
