Has baby dropped?!

I'm a FTM, 36+2 with a baby girl. Everyone keeps telling me that I don't look like I've dropped but I definitely feel like she has. I can breathe much easier, I pee 20 times more than before, and I have a lot of pelvic pain suddenly. What does everyone else think? I'm going back to the doctor in 2 days for sono, cervix check, and strep test so I'll find out then more info I guess :)
