~ URGENT ~ please help!

Okay - been mildly freaking out all day.. I ovulated on cycle day 10 (my period was on Nov 17th, lasting 5 days). Had "alone time" two/three nights before ovulation. Today (4dpo) I woke up to VERY light spotting only when I wiped twice. As the day proceeded light cramping started in my lower back, then in pelvic area, as well as enough blood to cover a small panty liner. Put on a pad, couple hours later NOTHING. Cramps are now very AF-like, but not "bleeding" per se, just when I wipe. (& tmi, but CM is mixed within the blood) I'm not supposed to start my period for another 2 weeks..? On top of that, no other AF symptoms happened -- other than now I'm bloated as of tonight. I just do NOT understand what is happening ): Could this be IB or a very early period?? Please help before I lose my mind, ha
