Folic acid mg's & anything that works?
Ok ladies I think I'm giving up on Geritol & moving towards something else...I got Folic Acid today to start taking. ( 400 mg) Does anyone else know how much you should take while ttc? I read it's a lower dose until you get pregnant then it ups. So I'm just curious. Also...wondering what else worked to get pregnant other than the BD :) T.I.A.
Trying for healthy baby #3 after 2 losses :'(
