Round Ligament Pain

All across my low lower abdomen I'm having dull aching. When I laugh, cough or sneeze it's more like a sharp tearing sensation, but overall, when I move certain ways, it just feels like a pulled muscle. It's located more on the left today, where before I was having a similar pain on my right side that went down my groin and inner thigh.

Could this be RLP? I'm 12w5d.
