Postpartum sex

I'm a FTM and just had my baby boy 3 weeks ago. Anybody have sex before their 6 weeks doctor appt???? I feel 100% fine - I tore alittle internally but the stitches have dissolved and I am no longer bleeding.. I've asked mommy friends of mine and everyone seemed to wait.. I'm hoping some of you have positive stories of before the 6 week mark because I do not want to wait much longer!
