Weight gain by 16 weeks? Twin mums

Okay so personal question I guess!! I have gained 4lb in total so far. but I feel and look absolutely huge!! I look at myself and think omg I can't believe I used to think I was big pre pregnancy, and look at me now!! Yet I've only gained 4lb!!

I'm 16 weeks & only gained 1lb. But my stomach is getting huge..I don't understand but my dr. said everything is fine & the babies are growing

I am worried about this too. I am 15 weeks and only gained about 3-4 pounds, even thought I have baby bump, I've read that were supposed to gain 24 pounds by week 24! How am I to gain that much so quickly? Trying not to stress it. I'm average weight normally, not overweight. Size 6 pre-preggos. With my first singleton I gained 20 pounds total.

I've only gained about 3 pounds but the babies are growing strong and healthy. The doctor didn't seem concerned.
