Test accuracy

So just found out I was pregnant Sunday! Wasn't planned but still excited. That being said I have a million things going through my head. I heard the new design on the first response can bring up false positives. How accurate is that statement? Opinions? I've taken three and all came back positive and all read in the correct amount of time. I know I'm overthinking but I'm just really excited/nervous
