Guys using girls 😞🔪

Why do guys use girls? Been talking to a older guy for a while after he grafted for a while agreed to meet him !! went to his after a nice date and he was all over me,making sure I was alright, cuddling me all night, sex ,  kissing me, holding me, and next morning he didn't want me to go! He then text me saying I enjoyed last night babe and I wanna carry on seeing you and then all of a sudden after that message dosent text me back? And has ignored me since, it's been 6 days! Did he use me lol? he seemed so intersted and then all of a sudden he's disappeared  😑
