Severe bloating????

Hi all....this is my first post? TTC baby #1 first month. Was on birth control for 10years. 3 breaks in between. Had false AF 23-28 November - waiting for first real Af. But I have severe bloating. It is so bad... I actually look like I have a bump. My question is has anyone else experienced this from stopping birth control?? I'm 149lb excercise 5 times a week and my belly is like a balloon. :-(
