Clomid question!?

I'm on cycle day 6 (Induced by provera). Still full bleeding and heavy cramping. My normal periods last 3-8 months bleeding non stop. So I've been worried that this period will be the same. This is also my first round of clomid days 3-7, so tomorrow is my last pill. Has anyone else with irregular periods used clomid? Will it end eventually if I'm "supposed" to ovulate day 14ish. Or how long should I bleed before telling dr. Thanks everone!
