Relactate on success stories!

I have 10 week old twin boys and my breast feeding voyage has been disastrous so far! The boys were in the NICU and refused to latch. They're both tongue and lip tied. I worked with a lactation consultant and she said to get their tongues revised and try again. Well we did that! And had a successful latch, but I've basically dried up. I pumped and pumped for HOURS, but with newborn twins it was REALLY hard to do.
