I would get no visible pant line undies as their only a couple of quid, however because it is satin you may possibly be able to see them. I had a dress like this and I didn't wear undies for the night 😂

That's hard because it's so tight and the material is satin/silk so you would see any kind of bulkiness. A very thin satin slip is probably best. Shape wear, not so much.
