? What are some good meals to eat while pregnant

Ladies My eating habits are horrible what are some good meals or snacks that are good to eat during my pregnancy the doctor said light foods but what are light foods 😫 pls help

Lots of freshly cooked organic vegetable: steamed or sautéed (with less oil or chicken stock, light salt).  Complex carbs: whole wheat, whole grain, brown rice,etc.  lean protein: shrimp, fish, poultry, lean cuts of pork.  Dairy: organic milk, eggs, yogurt, pasteurized hard cheese.  Nuts and seeds: lightly toasted, preferably organic.  Avoid:  processed meat (deli meat, sausages, hotdogs,etc), processed food (foods that come in plastic packaging), deep fried food, sugar (except fresh fruits).  Hope this general guideline helps :)

Snacks my dr recommended was trail mix and my mom said jello or pudding might help too :) I'm enjoying clementines right now and mint m&ms :)

Doctor told me to eat a lot of fruit to help with water intake. Sometimes, I'll even dip my grapes into vanilla frosting as a dessert. ^^

Pretzels and fruit snacks! I'm even getting to the point where I like to dip my pretzels in French onion dip! I also try and eat as many fruits as I can!

Lots of fruit and veggies. I've been craving tuna and fruit snacks. I also eat GF crackers with some cream cheese. Just basically don't base your meals on junk food like soda, candy, cookies, etc) drink lots of water too! If you crave soda try Kevita. It's a probiotic drink that's carbonated and super good and good for you. You can find it at normal grocery stores :)
