Period not returning?

Hi y'all! I have been SO busy with my wild almost 7 month old that I haven't had much time to post lately, but I am wondering about periods returning. I am still exclusively breastfeeding and we started solids 4 weeks ago but no period still. I am not complaining...just wondering how long it was before yours came back. Thanks!

My period didn't return after my first child until she was 3 years old. She was breastfed nearly exclusively for her first 2 years (not by choice, she just couldn't grasp how to eat food and didn't get any teeth until she was 18 months old), then we slowly weaned until she was almost 4. Don't fear, though. Every woman and postpartum phase is different. Some women don't menstruate until they completely stop breastfeeding.
