4dpo - early pregnancy symptoms?

I'm 4dpo today. While I was at work this morning (around 8am-ish), I got sick all of a sudden and ran to the restroom. I didn't throw up, but I gagged a lot and had diarrhea. Also, I've been very dizzy and super tired for the past few days, and have had small twinges in my pelvic area. None of this ever happened when I found out that I was pregnant with my son. Is it possible that I'm experiencing early pregnancy symptoms? I do realize that this is very early still. Just need some input!
