Do you think it would be bad to go to the hospital for a yeast infection or possibly BV?

We have this issue going on with out health care and I can't get to the doctor but I really need to go... Should I go to the hospital for a YI or BV? I've tried all of the medicines and it isn't helping and it even got worse I'm tired of it and I just want this gone and cured so can I go there? Or will they not help me? Also I know I don't have any STI's me and my mom are prone to this type of thing. Btw I'm 18...
