Breech baby

Anyone else have a breech baby? I will be 38 weeks tomorrow and just found out baby is transverse breech. We have a scheduled ECV but not until next Monday. We are waiting so long because daddy won't be home until the 11th and we don't want to make me go into labor sooner. Has anyone had success with this? And any success stories in baby turning on its own after 38 weeks? I'm a FTM so I have zero experience with anything! Any and all advice and help is appreciated!
