Little to No Signs of Labor?

Question

So, I'm 39 + 2 today & have little to no signs of labor coming. I'm a CNA (nurse assistant)--I cramp/contract during my 12hr shifts, but on my days off-nothing! I was checked at my appointment yesterday & am 3-4cm dilated & about 50% thinned out. I declined having my membranes swept or to schedule an induction since I would a) like things to try to come on their own naturally and b) trying to work my last 4 shifts so my first paycheck on maternity leave is a full one & I can qualify for FMLA (but after that last shift, I'm cool with membrane sweeping or an induction!)

Anyone else basically at the end but body doesn't seem to be making any progress towards labor?

40 weeks, 2 days, absolutely no signs of labor. No contractions, some light cramping but doing absolutely nothing. Was only 1-2 cm dialted at appointment 2 days ago. I did do the membrane sweep, but it didn't even give me any contractions after. This baby really likes it in there.

Just got back from my appointment 2 cm dilated and 70% thinned out.  Midwife thinks within the next few days "you're cervix is very favorable."

I'm 39+2 and was only 1cm dilated 60% effaced at my appointment two days ago. I have no cramping no uncomfortableness no BH even. I'm ready for something to happen!

I'm 39 weeks and 6 days. My lower back has been hurting but that's about it. Nothing new just patiently waiting for my baby girl to make her appearance. Hopefully it's within the next couple of days!

I'm 39 weeks 4 days and i have no sign of labor either and i got my membrane sweep on Monday and it didn't work i guess!! I'm 2 cm dilated but still thick!! Hopefully baby girl show up before my next appointment on next Monday lol!!

I'm currently 38+3 and have no signs pointing towards labor. I'm dilated none. My cervix is soft and thin but that's it. And it's starting to be very disappointing for me being I wanted to go on my own but seems as though that won't happen for me.
