Husband doesn't want sex

I've been with my husband for 8 years he is 43 and I just turned 30. I had a baby a year ago lost weight then got the IUD Mirena and gained 40 lbs. The problem started before that. I know he loves me but I feel like our marriage is in auto pilot. He works constantly he's on call 24/7. I feel like we have separate lives. He'd rather be working than at home with us. What do I do to get the affection, attention, time, and sex I need.
