I'm a week late what's my possibility of being prego?

I took a pregnancy test 4 days after the missed period but it came back negative and I also know it was definitely to soon to take it but the hope. So should I take another test next week if it still doesn't come and or get blood work done? I am really hoping this is the one for my fiancé and I we are trying not to get to excited lol thanks and baby dust✨✨✨👶🏽
