Okay, so i know this is going to sound so bad! So, me and my boyfriend are still in the puppy love phase, weve been together just about a year now. so he sucks with budgeting his money and does not have alot for christmas. Okay so, we do this thing with our families where we all pick a name and thats who we buy for, and then we buy for our SO's.  Makes christmas so much cheaper! Anyway, the point of this is so that we do not have to buy for everyone and spend so much for christmas but he feels the need to buy for everyone in his family knowing he does not have the money to do so. Well we agreed we would buy each other 3 gifts. So i went and bought them. Well he bought for one person already and only has $120 left, and he still wants to buy for 6 other people plus me. I told him dont even worry about me, but in all honesty I'm kinda irritated because he isnt going with our christmas plans causeing himself to be more in debt than he already is. I mean lets face it, new relationship, any lady wants a christmas gift for that first year, it means alot!  I already know what most of you ladies are going to say, thats not what christmas is about. And i understand that, dont dog on me please, i just dont find it fare we all worked out a way to budget on christmas and he isnt going with it. Money is a BIG deal to me, i hate the word DEBT. i believe in paying off your bills than having fun, and he is backwards. OMG! it drives me nuts. Help!!!
