Potential ectopic

So I went for my first scan at 6+2 and they didn't find anything. Hcg was 1019 and progesterone 4.39 😔. Went for follow up yesterday at 6+4 and they found "something" in the uterus and near left tube. Neither were clear enough for diagnosis. I had IUI with trigger, so no question on Ov. I had 2 follies on the left and 1 smaller on the right. So it's not necessarily one or the other.  This weekend I'm supposed to go in to the ER if I have severe cramping and I go back on Monday for another u/s and hcg. Dr doesn't think the "something" in uterus would be vaiable, and she thinks it's a fluid sac, not gestational. Anybody have a story of an ectopic scare with a positive ending to keep my hopes up? I'm certain this is going to lead to MC, and have accepted that. I just don't want to lose a tube or worse. 😔 They said the "something" near left tube could just be some poo in my intestine. So I guess we're hoping for that?😬
