I have a doctor app the 14 of Dec I'll be 6weeks! What should I expect will I hear my baby heartbeat or is that to early. Answers please

At my drs office they do an ultrasound at every appointment. With my first pregnancy my first appointment was at 6 weeks 4 days and we were able to hear the heartbeat!

It depends on the doctor really. My doctor did an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy, and calculate due date. If there is a heartbeat, you can hear it then. Sometimes it's too early for that tho

You may be able to hear the heartbeat and see a little grain of rice, but that's it. If you don't see it, it's okay, it could just be too early.
