Ciggs is a must quit ASAP, weed is your choice, I happen to believe in marijuana for medicinal purposes but do your research and weigh your options. And beware of the pregnancy police who will flip out that you even asked this. Haha

I was an avid weed smoker before pregnancy (about 9-10 joints a day), since finding out (luckily my HCG levels shot up upon conception, so I found out at 2 weeks) I've only smoked about 15 times, either because I could not sleep or eat. I'm trying to get down to not smoking at all because Dad will not be happy if I breastfeed with THC in my system & I obviously have to take a drug test upon giving birth.
