Depo ruined me😩

Got the depo shot in the beginning of October and sex 6 days after so I thought I was preg. A few weeks later I had had bad symptoms like throwing up headache the whole 9 yards. The fact that the symptoms are so much alike its impossible to tell. Then I started having bad pelvic and stomach and back pain and went to the hospital. All they did was give me a pap smear and say it could be inflamed ovaries. I've also been having some sharp shooting pain inside my vagina. Idk what wrong with me lol. Being on the depo really made me want a kid so I'll be trying December 29th when my 2nd shot is due. Ugh this shot has definitely put me through a lot. Wish I would have stuck with my first decision and go with the pills but now I know.
