What would you do??

True Story: A 7 year old girl was playing outside with a ball. There were three older girls hanging out near by eating ice cream. The 7 year old accidentally hit one of the girls with the ball, knocking her ice cream out her hand. The girl who is 14 years old walked over to the little girl and smacked her full force across the face. The 7 year old's mother, having seen everything beat the 14 year old. By standers had to break them apart and the mother was arrested.
