So depressed...

Suppose to start AF Friday, 13 DPO, and this morning my bbt dropped a little. Got a BFN yesterday and I just feel like the chances of pregnancy is 1%. I had miscarriage in June and haven't Ovulated since before then.😞 please give me some positive vibes.
