10weeks and a tilted uterus

Okay so I got a home fetal Doppler and was able to get the heart beat really well at 9 weeks and 3 days... I think the only reason I got this luck was because my (tmi) bowels were full and so was my bladder. The rest of the time it's been a hit and miss. I kinda get it and then it moves away lol. I know it's more than likely cause of the tilted uterus and the fact that it is so early on but it still doesn't help the nerves when trying to find that heart beat again as clear as day as I did. I've tried to do some research on a tilted uterus and being pregnant but there really isn't much to go on.
