Help?

I'm about to be 17 and I've been on the pill almost a year and I'm very sexually active and never use a condom. He always pulls out but the last period I had was Nov. 25 and lasted maybe a day or even shorter. My periods have been pretty short but never that short and the day after I threw up at around 3:30am on a car trip and haven't had much of an appetite after it. Idk if it was from stress or if I had car sickness or what but I'm pretty worried. I have a test but I'm scared to take it. Does anyone have any advice or know any other symptoms? Also I do take my pill regularly, never missed a day, latest I've been was maybe 30-60 minutes.
