Wet underwear

I'm 29+4 and I keep having wet underwear. What is it? Sometimes right after I pee, once I stand up a small gush of fluid comes out & I feel it Come out of me. I think I already lost my mucus plug weeks ago which I know can grow back but I've been having an increase in bh contractions & increase in bowel movement, I feel really different, & the nausea is back at night & I just feel antsy, uncomfortable & restless by the time the day is over. I see the doctor today but wanted to get a few other opinions as well.
