Nipples leaked

Ok! I'm a week out for AF- I've felt symptoms of pregnancy but they come and go... This morning in the shower, my nipples leaked -yellow liquid.. (It has a name) can't remember.. This has to mean I'm pregnant.. I remember this with my daughter... Or am I just crazy! Lol
