Sore boobs

For about 2 weeks, my boobs were very swollen and sore. 2 weeks later, the swelling went down, they're still a little sore but the nipples are extremely itchy feeling. Is that normal for pregnancy? I'm about a month pregnant. And I've always heard that when they are sore, they stay sore for majority of the pregnancy. So it kinda worries me
