Low HCG

I am 4 weeks 5 days and had a blood test this morning with an hcg level of only 7...I have had 3 mc already. I felt so confident this time. Has anyone had such low number to start and had a healthy pregnancy? I go back Thursday to see where it goes. The nurse basically told me they need to follow me down to zero, like there is no hope. Im not bleeding, im still so sleepy and have very tender breasts...Any help/knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
