Vitamins!?!

Is anyone taking a multivitamin along with their prenatal? I work in healthcare and a coworker told me to stop taking the multi, but I've lost so much energy now that I'm not taking them. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue?

If you need the energy take a vitamin B supplement. Overdosing on vitamin k and iron and vitamin A are not good for you. Take one vitamin and get a B supplement

Taking a multi vitamin with prenatal is too much...make sure your prenatal has everything that your multi vitamin does aling with the added vitamins that you're supposed to have during pregnancy.

A prenatal is more than enough. If you are otherwise healthy and eat a fairly balanced diet, there is no need for supplements.

I don't take a multi + my prenatal. BUT I do take my prenatal + an iron supplement + a vitamin D supplement + omega 3 supplement + vitamin C supplement + vitamin B12 supplement + calcium supplement.. All recommended by my doctor as my pregnancy progressed. So I would just add the vitamins you need, opposed to a multi due to an oversupply.
