Anyone wanna help with this...

I'm so confused about my cycle. I got off of birth control last month. I took my last pill the 13th I believe and started my period November 15th. On the pill my cycle was 22 to 23 days long. Off the pill it was always a 30 day cycle. Since this is my first cycle completely off the pill I'm confused about when to expect my period. Should I expect to start in 6 or 7 days which would make it a 30 day cycle like it was before the pill? I have been having mild af like cramps since Saturday night but no blood which never happens to me. Whenever I cramp I start bleeding right away and the last time I had cramps with no blood I was pregnant with my son. I took a test today and it was negative so I thought maybe i'm having implantation cramps and my cycle is going back to 30 days which would make my period date a week away. Any opinions or ideas???
