I need ldeas for gift bags ??

I am wanting to make my mom, mil, and my brother a flrst time uncle and grandmas gift bags? But what can I put in them. Plus get my hubby one too. Ideas Please?

Coffee mugs w baby picture or some appropriate saying like favorite grandpa 
 T shirt , picture frame w grandpa on it or whom ever, fav candy, 
If baby is here already, maybe a foot print or hand print
