Fiancé and I just started trying and we had sexual intercourse on the 4th of December so when should I take a test?

Not always because a man cums means BAM you're pregnant.  Depends if your egg has dropped and if his sperm even meets the egg or if your ovulating. There's a 50/50 chance.

It would be 9-14 days after ovulation, not sex. Find your ovulation days to know when to have sex and test!

The soonest I've seen is 10 days past ovulation. I got a faint positive 10 DPO (5 days before my missed period) on a first response test. They are the most sensitive (and easiest to read) test I have found. I tested on 4 different tests, and they are the only ones that picked it up that early. Best of luck!

..u would need to test after your cycle is due. It's not that easy and sometimes takes months.
