Sex every day during ovulation or no?

I've read to have sex every other day when TTC to keep the sperm count strong. The other day I read to have sex every day, even multiple times. What have you learned? Every day or every other day?

Have sex a couple days before ovulation!! That way the sperm are waiting for the egg already! And you can have sex on ovulation days too ;)

We had sex every day the entire month. I wasn't tracking my ovulation... We had just gone off the pill and were trying the first month. It worked! I'm 22 weeks preggo 😄

I spoke with several Obgyns and Feritlity specialist who all said every other day throughout the month gives you the greatest odds. Currently 25w pregnant after using this method.

A good friend told me a SMEP... Sperm meets egg plan. She and her hubby were having trouble, did SMEP for a month and got preggers. Google it! (Basically, start having sex every other day on cd 10 and then when you get a positive opk, BD 3 days in a row, then go back to every other day until I think day 21.)

I've heard conflicting opinions about this. Speaking from experience we ha sex once a day just about every day when I was ovulating. We might have missed a day or two, but I got pregnant that way.

Honestly, I think every man and every woman are going to be different so there is no "one-size-fits-all" answer. Best advice is to just track your ovulation the best you can and enjoy the process :)

My dr told me that you should have sex once a day during ovulation. More than once can lower sperm count.
