Back pain: what helped you?

Question

I'm 24 weeks along. Have been dealing with mild to moderate  back pain for a lil over a month now.  Today it has brought me to tears at work, made it hard to sit or lay down. Any suggestions  or things that have worked for you?

I've been seeing a physical therapist throughout my entire pregnancy and it has been great for me. Twice a week, and really listening to his suggestions when I'm home... I can't say enough that (for me anyway) it has truly made a difference. I have 3 bulging disks in my lumbar and I'm 39 weeks today. I think it not only made me stronger but smarter in my movements and daily routines cuz I'm definitely an active person. Hope you can find what works for you!

Stretching!!! I have a bad back (my lower 3 dishes in my back are hurniated) so was given an exercise sheet. My dr also prescribed physical therapy and it helped. Maybe talk with you're dr.

Following! I've been trying to stay hydrated, and stretching. I can't sit on my couch anymore, have to sit in "husband's chair." Also sleeping on my stomach was making it worse so trying to stick to my sides.
