People asking about the baby... Awkward

April
I knew this would happen, but today was the first. A co-worker (who I haven't seen since coming back to work) asked how the baby was doing. I just didn't have the words yet - it doesn't feel right to say "I lost the baby". What do you say? "There was a problem" or "things didn't work out"? I got flustered and the whole thing was just weird. I work with a bunch of dudes who don't have kids, so most of them (who know about the loss) are just avoiding talking about it (which is fine by me)
